PINEA Resort: 4★ complex in Pobierowo's pine forest
Pinea is where the pine forest meets the Baltic Sea. The air smells of resin and sea, and the coastline layers: water, beach, cliff, dunes, and forest. This order sets a calm, restful rhythm to the place.
Why the name PINEA. In the rhythm of the pine forest
The pine inspired the name PINEA. The complex was created within a coastal pine forest, with architecture designed to dialogue with the place's character.
Here, days can start unhurriedly. Instead of city noise, you hear the rustle of trees. Instead of rush, the rhythm of nature lets you truly unwind by the Baltic.
The first hotel, Seeblick, opened in 1907. Between the wars, Pobierowo was called the "Pomeranian Riviera," drawing guests from Berlin and the region.
The investor is Fenixco, a Belgian company operating as a Belgian-Polish joint venture. The general contractor was Strabag.
